Account details, market selection, clinical waitlist registrations and business verification submissions. Clinical intake information is treated as sensitive health data and is separated from consumer marketing data.

Division separation

Consumer, clinical and research data are held under separate access controls. Clinical and research records are never used for consumer marketing.

Purpose

Data is used to determine eligibility, apply jurisdiction rules, verify organisations, maintain compliance audit trails and — in future — fulfil orders.

Retention and rights

Retention periods follow the legal requirements of the market recorded on your account. Depending on your market you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability or objection. Requests are handled through the contact route published with each division's terms.

Current state

While no product is offered, session and account data is held locally in your browser until the managed account service is connected. Nothing is shared with advertising networks.
