1. Scope
These terms govern use of this website and its three divisions: consumer skin and hair, clinician-led treatments, and verified business laboratory research. Each division has additional terms which apply in addition to these.
2. No offer of products at this stage
No product, treatment or research material is currently offered, advertised or supplied through this website. Placeholder sections indicate where information will appear once it has been approved.
3. Consumer division
Where cosmetic products are made available in the future, they will be sold under ordinary consumer contract terms for the market recorded on your session, including applicable cancellation and returns rights.
4. Clinical division
Clinical content is informational and is not medical advice. Any clinical pathway requires assessment by a registered clinician. Where a prescription applies, supply is arranged through a regulated pharmacy and not through this website.
5. Research division
Research materials and services are available only to verified organisations for laboratory research use. They are not medicines or cosmetics and must not be administered to humans or animals. Misrepresenting an organisation or intended use terminates access.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied during registration, verification or clinical intake. Access to a division may be withdrawn where information is inaccurate or where regulatory requirements are not met.
7. Changes
These terms will be updated before any product becomes purchasable, and will state the market-specific terms that apply at that time.
